BROKE ON ARRIVAL?

Did your vessel arrived broken? Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily send out a replacement in exchange. We will require photos of the box and product in return.

DON’T LIKE IT?

If you don’t like the fragrance, we will happily exchange the product once within 7 days of its arrival. You will be responsible for shipping costs, but the original candle is yours to regift.

DEFECTIVE?

We strive for only the best products to go out, but life happens! If your candle is defective, we will happily exchange it at no cost. Please keep in mind that we will need photos and may request you send the candle back in return so we can prevent it from happening again
